1. About MB Performance
MB Performance is a South Florida performance shop focused on Mustang and Ford performance installs, diagnostics, track prep, maintenance, and build support.
Website content is provided for general informational purposes and does not guarantee that any specific service, part, repair, performance result, horsepower number, track result, or outcome will apply to your vehicle.
2. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use this website to:
- Submit false or misleading information

3. Estimates and Build Reviews
Any estimate, recommendation, or build review provided by MB Performance is based on the information available at the time.
Final pricing, labor, parts, timeline, and recommendations may change after in-person inspection, further diagnosis, parts verification, vehicle condition review, or changes requested by the customer.
Submitting a form does not guarantee appointment availability, final pricing, or acceptance of a job.
4. Vehicle Condition and Inspection
Modified vehicles may have unknown issues, previous installation problems, worn parts, tune-related concerns, electrical issues, or other conditions that are not immediately visible.
MB Performance is not responsible for pre-existing issues, hidden damage, improper previous work, defective parts, unrelated mechanical failures, or problems caused by customer-supplied parts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Customer-Supplied Parts
Customers may request installation of customer-supplied parts. MB Performance may accept or decline installation of customer-supplied parts at its discretion.
Customer-supplied parts may not include a warranty from MB Performance. If a customer-supplied part is defective, incorrect, missing hardware, poorly manufactured, or not suitable for the vehicle, additional labor, delays, or costs may apply.
6. Performance Parts and Vehicle Use
Performance modifications can affect drivability, emissions compliance, warranty coverage, reliability, insurance, comfort, noise, heat, ride quality, fuel economy, and legal street use.
The customer is responsible for understanding how modifications may affect their vehicle, manufacturer warranty, insurance, emissions compliance, and local, state, or federal legal requirements.
Some performance parts may be intended for off-road, race, or track use only. MB Performance does not guarantee that any modified vehicle is legal for street use unless specifically stated in writing.
7. Track, Racing, and High-Performance Use
Track driving, drag racing, drifting, road course use, and aggressive driving carry risk. Any vehicle used in high-performance conditions may experience accelerated wear, damage, failure, or safety-related issues.
MB Performance may provide inspection, preparation, or build support, but does not guarantee that a vehicle will be free from failure, damage, accident, or injury during street, track, racing, or high-performance use.
8. No Guaranteed Results
MB Performance does not guarantee specific horsepower, torque, lap time, quarter-mile time, handling result, reliability outcome, or performance improvement unless specifically stated in writing.
Results may vary based on vehicle condition, parts used, tune, fuel, tires, weather, driver behavior, maintenance, and other factors outside of MB Performance’s control.
9. Scheduling and Deposits
Appointments, timelines, and completion dates are estimates only unless confirmed in writing.
Some jobs may require a deposit, parts payment, or approval before work begins. Deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, storage fees, or abandoned vehicle policies may be handled according to the written estimate, invoice, or agreement provided at the time of service.
10. Website Content
All website content, including text, graphics, images, logos, service descriptions, and layout, is owned by or licensed to MB Performance unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use website content for commercial purposes without written permission.
11. Photos, Videos, and Marketing Content
If you provide photos, videos, reviews, testimonials, or other content to MB Performance, you give MB Performance permission to review and use that content for service-related purposes.
MB Performance may request permission to use customer vehicle photos, videos, testimonials, or reviews for marketing, social media, website content, or promotional material.
12. Reviews and Testimonials
Customer reviews and testimonials reflect individual experiences. They do not guarantee that every customer will receive the same result.
MB Performance does not knowingly publish fake reviews or misleading testimonials.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
This website may link to third-party websites, tools, parts manufacturers, payment processors, scheduling systems, CRM platforms, or social media pages.
MB Performance is not responsible for third-party websites, policies, products, services, content, or technical issues.
